Position Title: CRM Analyst

Purpose of Position:
The role of CRM Analyst is to analyze, design and to control new functionality and changes in the CRM systems existing in IS department.
Responsibilities:
· Workshops and meetings with users, capturing user requirements.
· Follow-up by producing and reviewing project requirements and functional specifications.
· Analyze and control software solution to meet customer's requirements.
· Ensure that the final delivered product meets quality standards and is compatible with IS System Data Conception.
· Fully document impact on other systems and provide project specification and user's guide.
· Ensure that the applications are fully tested and meet the needs of the functional specification.
· Update technical documentation and operating procedures for all the affected programs to reflect new/updated application.
Education Requirements:
· University degree in Computer Sciences or Mathematics or equivalent experience.
Experience, Competencies
Mandatory:
· 2+ years experience in programming & software development, RDBMS, SQL, Visual Basic or MS Visual C++ experience, Microsoft Transaction Server/COM+

Position Title: Decision Support Analyst/Programmer
Department: IS/IT
Reports to: Decision Support System Manager
Reporting positions:
Purpose of Position:
Become a part of the team responsible for development, operation and expansion of data store and terminal OLAP tools.
Responsibilities:
· Everyday contact with the users and investigation of their requirements.
· Support users in OLAP environment.
· Analysis of the requirements in relation to future development of decision support systems.
· Integrating new data souces into existing decision support environment.
· Communication with the data store architect and solution suppliers.
· Participation in development activities (report design and implementation).
Education Requirements:
· University degree in computer science, mathematics or engineering
Experience, Competencies
· Extensive experience in the field of big volume relational databases
· Strong knowledge of SQL and data model concepts is a must
· Experience with ERD modelling and application development
· Knowledge of Oracle technologies and PL/SQL would be an advantage
· Knowledge of data store technologies and OLAP tools would be an advantage
· Knowledge of UNIX shell scripting would be an advantage

Position Title: Oracle DBA
Department: IS/IT
Reports to: DBA Team Leader
Reporting positions:
Purpose of Position:
Comprehensive administration of Oracle system database, to provide technical support in operational area, to test and develop applications in Český Mobil's IS department.
Responsibilities:
· Install and configure Oracle software on servers.
· Create and set up procedures for managing Oracle software maintenance (back-up copies, filing, procedures when restoring collapsed system, space management, etc.).
· Ensure optimal operation, integrity, and required availability of databases as needed by the company.
· Debug application databases, tune performance and solve faulty status.
· Create solutions for monitoring production databases.
· Create norms governing installation of Oracle software on servers and workstations.
· Administration of Oracle users' passwords and internal Oracle passwords.
· Propose and implement security procedures regarding data access.
· Support IS department team in all issues regarding database technologies.
· Cooperate with Development or Project team when defining, implementing, and realizing new IS projects from the angle of Oracle system databases.
· Complete operational tasks as instructed by direct superior.
· Ensure knowledge transfer if need be.
Education Requirements:
· University degree in informatics, computer sciences or related fields
Experience, Competencies
· At least two years work experience with Oracle database technology.
· Certificate of Oracle database administration. Experience with mobile telecommunications is an advantage, as is experience with high technology.
· Analytical skills.

Position Title: Prepaid Specialist
Department: IS/IT
Reports to: Billing Configuration Team Leader
Reporting positions:
Purpose of Position:
The IS Prepaid Specialist has the role to design, develop and implement changes in the existing pre-paid systems in IS department.
Responsibilities:
· Workshops and meetings with users, capturing user requirements.
· Follow-up by producing and reviewing project requirements and functional specifications.
· Ensure that the delivered software is in line with the requirements of the customer by accurately identifying their translation into code.
· Ensure that the requirements associated with an understanding of the programs are met by reducing the impact on other modules.
· Ensure that the final product being delivered meets quality standards and is compatible with Data Model.
· Ensure that the applications are fully tested.
· Conduct extensive test and debug procedures on the written computer programs to ensure that it meets the needs of the functional specifications.
· Revise the technical documentation and operating procedures for the affected programs so they can accurately reflect the revised/new application.
Education Requirements:
· University degree in Computer Sciences or Mathematics
Experience, Competencies
· 1-2 years experience in programming & software development.
· Experience in telecommunication market (mobile operators preferably) - prepaid.

Position Title: IS - System Architect (SA)
Department: System Management Infrastructure
Reports to: System Management Infrastructure Manager
Reporting positions: New Services Development Team
Purpose of Position:
The System Architect position was established in the IS department in order to ensure the overall consistency of the software applications, their correct intercommunication and the optimal compliance of the software solutions with the strategic orientation of the business.
Responsibilities:
· Understands the existing IS- system strategy, whereby basic concepts like compliance with business strategy, maximum convergence of solution, optimal cost/ functionality/ maintenability are key factors.
· Is familiar with the key business processes which are currently emulated in our systems
· Is familiar with the key software applications that support key business processes (pre-paid and post-paid billing, customer care applications, UDS, business applications).
· Is familiar with the data structures available in the systems, analyzes the capabilities of the applications.
· Takes responsibility for the definition of current and target system architecture, at the level of basic components of the architecture like: post-paid and pre-paid billing, mediation, provisioning, integration tool/workflow manager, CRM, VAS- service platforms. Therefore:
· understands the current billing &applications architecture and the development directions; coordinates the activity of the data billing specialist
· coordinates the design of integration architectures, as described in the definition of the Integrtation Specialist.
· manages the relationship with the selected EAI- vendor (negotiations, requirements, project plan);
· defines the mapping of the business processes to the inter-application data-flow;
· produces specifications for the connectors and APIs which have to be developed for the integrtation process;
· sets up the team of 2 programmers (from the local people- testing, hiring, coaching);
· follow-up on the programming process for the connectors - responsibility for the end-to-end solution;
· produces user documentation for the integration process (EAI configuration, programming specs for new connectors, development specs on the integrated applications side).
